At EDFCS we expect our educators and staff to be dedicated, community centered persons, who desire to be change agents.  Our symbol, the Sankofa Bird, reminds us-if we do not know where we have been we shall never know where we are going.  In other words at EDFCS we desire to have team members who possess self knowledge.  If you believe and are willing to answer the call we would like you to consider a new type of school where dedicated teachers and staff are treated and act like professionals.
